The second planned building will offer 6,000 m² of industrial space for a varied pool of tenants.

Panattoni Park Swiecice I houses the distribution center of the Polish branch of the food industry leader Danone Sp. z o.o., another company operating from here is Tech Data one of the world's largest IT distributors.
"Panattoni Europe's investment into the construction of a park in Swiecice near Warsaw turned out to be a great success the park has been fully leased, and the interest in the location was so high that we had no concerns when deciding to create another distribution center of strategic significance for our customers", said Robert Dobrzycki, Panattoni Europe.
Panattoni Park Swiecice II is planned on a 5.23-hectare plot, near Panattoni Park Swiecice I. It lies in the Warsaw West poviat, Oýarów Mazowiecki commune, less than 19 km from the capital's city center, directly at national road no 2 (E30). The planned junction with the motorway A2 running from Berlin to Moscow places this investment in a strategic location.
Panattoni has located many of its parks in the Warsaw region, especially in the west, along the exit route to Poznan (E30). They are in places like Ozarow, Blonie or Teresin. Customers appreciate the location near the capital city as well as the excellent transport connections to every part of the country.
