Palmira Capital Partners has acquired another property in Sosnowiec, southern Poland. The vendor belongs to the group of companies of Bluehouse Property Fund IV. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
Sosnowiec Park is located at Inwestycyjna Street 14, Sosnowiec and was constructed in 2020. Standing on a site of approximately 59,700m² provides a lettable area of around 32,000m². 30,000m² of this is warehouse space, with around 2,000m² of office. The property is fully let to 5 tenants. This single-building asset has a flexible layout and can serve both storage and light manufacturing functions. The building was granted an „Excellent” rating in the BREEAM certification system.
