The opening of the Złote Tarasy shopping complex, being built in the center of Warsaw by ING Real Estate Development, has been postponed from spring 2006 until the second half of the year.
The building, which will offer 45,000 m² office space, 63,500 m² retail and 1,664 parking spaces, will be linked to a Multikino, which is under construction and due to be completed that autumn. The investor does not wish for the retail section of the complex to open before completion of the work on the multiplex.
