Onix Capital Partners, advised by Savills Aguirre Newman, has acquired Madrid Sur shopping centre. The urban convenience centre comprises 24,000m² and is located in one of the most populated neighbourhoods in the south of the city. Tenants include leading brands including Carrefour, H&M, DreamFit, Kiwoko, Domino’s Pizza or McDonald’s. This transaction is a good example of investor interest in urban convenience assets with leading brands, especially in large cities. Purchase price was not disclosed.
