Oncisa, Once´s real estate promoter, has reached an agreement with an institutional investor advised by Axa Real Estate Investment Managers, for the sale of an office block in Madrid. The total amount of the operation is about 115 million.
The building will be built in the Avenue Fuente de La Mora 1, on 16,700 m² and will consist of 40,000 m² of offices distributed in six floors and two basements with a capacity of 500 parking spots.
The works will start this year, whereas the delivery will be in December, 2007.
