GE Capital Golub Europe is to welcome two new tenants to its International Business Center (IBC) office building in Warsaw.
The construction company Bouygues Immobilier Polska, a subsidiary of the French Bouygues group will occupy a total of 618 m², whilst Spray, a telecommunications service provider, will take 205 m². When the two firms move into their new offices in March 2005 IBC will reach an occupancy rate of 85% ith 3,165 m² left to lease.
IBC is an A class building on al. Armii Ludowej in Warsaw. The first phase of the project has 17,000 m² of rentable office space and 139 car parking spaces. A second phase is scheduled for completion in 2006, adding a further 19,000 m² of offices and an underground car park with space for 140 vehicles.
