Neddex Vastgoedfondsen has, in just several weeks, initiated and placed a real estate fund with an investment of over â⬠13 mln. In total 72 participations of â⬠50.000,- were placed with maily private investors.
The acquired funds were invested in a new commercial property in Almere that will be rented out long term to LG Electronics. The estimated annual yield will be 14 percent.
