NBCUniversal International is the latest tenant to sign up at Legal & General Property and Mitsubishi Estate Company's Central Saint Giles development in London's West End.
NBCUniversal is taking 112,000 ft² (approx. 10,400 m²) as its international offices over the ground, mezzanine, first, second and part of the third floors. Rental details were not disclosed. NBCUniversal's plans include a 64-seat, double height screening room on the ground floor.
Simon Wilkes, Head of Development at Legal & General Property, said: "We are delighted that Central Saint Giles is so attractive to some of the strongest and most innovative companies in the world. I am pleased to report that 60% of the building is now let. And we have strong interest in the remaining 158,000 ft²."
Mitsubishi Estate Company's UK Managing Director Masami Amano, said: "Central Saint Giles is one of London's great buildings. That NBCUniversal, after a long and diligent search, should choose Central Saint Giles for its international offices is a fantastic endorsement of the quality of the development."
