NAGRON Nationaal Grondbezit N.V. announces that on her request and in consultation with Van Herk - K.N.G. B.V., Euronext Amsterdam N.V. will terminate quoting the certificates of ordinary shares on the Amsterdam stock exchange as per Monday July 15, 2002.
The reason is that as per ultimo June 2002 Van Herk - K.N.G. B.V. has acquired 98.56% of all outstanding shares of NAGRON.
