Multi Corporation acquired two freehold land plots located near Amsterdam Central Station, which will comprise ten high-end apartments and a grade-A office.
The residential component of the project is designed to offer a luxurious and sustainable living experience. Among the apartments are two maisonette flats, each featuring two floors and a private garden. Additionally, the development includes eight other flats, including two penthouses. All apartments are designed with balconies, offering residents stunning waterfront views. Some of the properties have their own private piers.
The office building, known as the 'Your Own' office, is unique as it allows occupants to buy their own office space. The office building will showcase modern design elements, including multiple floor loft areas, large glass surfaces, and several outdoor terraces.
The project aims for an A+++ energy label by incorporating a substantial proportion of re-used materials and adhering to high sustainability standards. To ensure efficient temperature control, Aquifer Thermal Energy Storage (ATES), an innovative geothermal technology, will be integrated. Additionally, the offices will meet the standards of a Nearly Zero-Emission Building (NZEB), aligning with Multi Corporation's commitment to sustainability.

The investment for the development is a joint effort between Multi Corporation and Mother Of Space. Marc Prosman Architecten is responsible for the project's architecture.
Sales for the offices and apartments will commence in October 2023, with construction scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2024. The completion of both the apartments and the office building is targeted for the first half of 2025.
