Mr. A. Baar resigns from Amstelland MDC’s Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board of Amstelland MDC NV announces that Mr. A. Baar has resigned from the Board for personal reasons, with immediate effect.
Mr. Baar (59) had been a member of the Supervisory Board since August 2001.

Between 1990 and May 1999 and from February 2000 until his appointment to the Supervisory Board, he served as chairman of the Management Board of NBM-Amstelland NV and subsequently Amstelland NV

While the Supervisory Board and Management Board are saddened by his departure, they respect Mr. Baar’s decision and thank him for his commitment and the contribution he has made to the company’s growth over the years.
