On Monday October 4th, during the Expo Real in Munich, the ‘Gouden Baksteen’ (Golden Brick), the award for the German Real estate investor of the Year, was presented to MPC Capital AG. Mr. ing. M.A. Snijders, general director of Troostwijk Makelaars O.G., handed the award to Mr. Hanno Weiß, director of MPC Real Estate Consulting.
Dutch and German real estate investors could cast their vote on several investors and ended up choosing MPC Capital AG as German Real estate investor of the Year 2004. The award was presented directly after the presentation of the research results of the German real estate investment policy which was carried out by ebs Immobilienakademie for the 10th year commissioned by Troostwijk Makelaars O.G.
The Gouden Baksteen has been awarded for a couple of years now in the Netherlands. The many positive reactions to the annual election of the Real estate investor of the Year in the Netherlands and the fact that German investors are also very active internationally, have led to the decision to also present the award in Germany.
