MIPIM Award for WTC Amsterdam

The World Trade Center Amsterdam has won the MIPIM Award for ‘Refurbished office buildings’. The Award was granted during the official ceremony at the MIPIM in Cannes, France on 6 March 2003.

ING Real Estate and Kantoren Fonds Nederland (KFN), both investors of the WTC Amsterdam are very proud to have been awarded this prize.

The WTC Amsterdam is located in the Amsterdam south-axis, the prime location for the international business community. With over 100.000 m² office space, more than 1,000 parking spaces, retail, restaurants, a transparent meeting hall and a conference center, WTC Amsterdam is breaking new ground again with its smart building design and inspiring ideas of doing business. After its refurbishment, WTC Amsterdam is now occupied by more than 250 mostly internationally orientated companies.

The new WTC Amsterdam is designed by Kohn Pederson Fox International (KPF) from London, in conjunction with Van den Oever, Zaaijer, Roodbeen & Partners from Amsterdam.
