Metrovacesa SA said it will invest 43.2 mln eur in a new industrial estate in Avenida de Manoteras in Madrid, incorporating two office blocks and a carpark.
The property company also said that it has reached an agreement with the Barcelo hotel chain to manage a new four-star hotel which it plans to build beside the industrial estate.
