Metrovacesa SA said it is targeting further expansion in Catalonia, where it plans to develop two industrial estates and more than 20 residential developments in the coming years.
In a statement, Metrovacesa reiterated that it has earmarked € 139 mln for the Poble Nou and City Metropolitana estates projects in Barcelona.
Chairman Joaquin Rivero said: 'one of our key objectives is to strengthen Metrovacesa´s activity in Catalonia, particularly in Barcelona.'
