Metrovacesa builds the first Business Park in 22@ in Barcelona (ES)

The real estate company Metrovacesa is developing its first Business Park in Catalunya, specifically in 22@, and has chosen the real estate consultancy firms Jordá & Guasch y Jones Lang LaSalle to market it.

The Metrovacesa 22@ BCN Business Park will have a total of 32,000 m² for use as offices and commercial premises at street level and will be located in the heart of 22@, between the streets Bach de Roda, Pujades, Llull and Fluvià. It will be formed by four buildings and a central atrium. The first building, which will have a total of 10,558 m², should be completed in October 2005. The other three buildings and the atrium of the Business Park, of 5,986 m², 3,902 m², 10,292 m² and 1.215 m² respectively, will be delivered in the course of 2006.

The project will include the latest technological advances and have top quality architecture and finishes and diaphanous floors, capable of satisfying the most exacting demand in the market. In a spectacular innovative architectural environment, Metrovacesa offers four independent buildings, three of which are linked by a large central atrium, which will constitute a shopping and leisure centre for the companies in this business environment.
