Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has successfully facilitated the investment sale of Metro Inns Hotel in Walsall; a 1,630m2 freehold purpose-built hotel site with 96 en-suite rooms.
The property attracted significant interest from regional and national buyers, receiving strong competitive bidding. While the site has a short lease, it has potential for a variety of uses, including continuation as a hotel, accommodation for temporary housing and redevelopment for residential purposes. Offers surpassed the quoting terms, culminating in an unconditional offer that far exceeded the expected amount. The property was acquired by SEP Properties Ltd.
