London Topshop flagship goes for sale for €486.4m (GB)

The famous Topshop's Oxford Street store has been listed for sale for €486.4m (£420m), following the collapse of Arcadia group in November. The sale process, which has been named Project Infinity, is led by real estate adviser Eastdil Secured on behalf of KPMG. The building was previously reported to be valued at circa €579m(£500m), however, due to pandemic, which accelerated the move to online shopping, commercial property values have significantly fallen.

The Grade II-listed building was completed in 1923, with the listing noting its Portland stone cladding and its classical style with Beaux Arts details. It's located on the junction of Oxford Street and Regent Street and currently also houses the Nike flagship store and a Vans store that moved into space formerly occupied by Arcadia's Miss Selfridge brand.
