Logicor has completed its third transaction this year with the acquisition of a circla 80.000m² land plot in the direct vicinity of Rotterdam. The vendor is a private organisation with a view to future extending its portfolio of long-term real estate investments.
The location of the site provides direct access to highways A4, A13 and A16 via ring road A209 and will significantly benefit from infrastructural improvements in the area such as the extension of highway A16 from 2025 and beyond. Logicor is committed to collaboration with the municipality for this future development and exploring innovative solutions to make the location a green zone and as sustainable, green and carbon neutral as possible.
