Liberty International plc said its wholly-owned subsidiary Capital Shopping Centres has bought the 50% interest held by Henderson Global Investors in the Potteries Shopping Centre in Stoke-on-Trent for £62.5m.
The acquisition gives CSC effective 100 pct ownership of the freehold interest in the shopping center.
