LCP Properties is growing its portfolio with the opening of two M Park retail parks in Rawa Mazowiecka and Lubawa.
The M Park in Lubawa is situated at the junction of Toruńska, Grunwaldzka and Borek streets in the vicinity of the IKEA furniture factory and benefits from a parking facility for 140 vehicles. Current tenants include Media Expert, Martes Sport,Rossmann, TEDI and Dealz. A much anticipated LIDL grocery is expected to open in the immediate vicinity of the scheme in the near feature to further enhance the reail offer of the entire park.
“We are delighted to have another M Park in a city that has not previously had such a facility. We believe that this allows us to make such brands available to the customers which had to travel many kilometres to visit not so long ago. Despite the difficult times, these types of developments are the core of our investments, which we plan to continue to pursue dynamically. This is demonstrated by the recent openings of our Retail Parks in other cities as well,” said Krystian Modrzejewski, Group Operations Director at LCP Properties Poland.
The M Park in Rawa Mazowiecka comprises nearly 4,000m² of GLA. Its retail offer boasts a number of well-known brands including Media Expert, Pepco, KS Sport and Tedi. A Lidl convenience shop has opened right next door and Bricomarche offers its DIY service in the immediate area. A car park for more than 100 cars remains available to tenants. The Retail Park is located at 8 Targowa street, which can be easily reached from the nearby S8 highway in just a few minutes.
