LaSalle Investment Management has acquired an office building from LFI Le Viala Sarl on behalf of LaSalle French Fund II. LaSalle will fully refurbish the building, located in Paris at 36-46 rue du Docteur Finlay.
LaSalle will execute the full renovation in cooperation with Meunier Immobilier d'Entreprise and OGIC, with a target completion date of June 2009. The project comprises the total restructuring of the current 11,200 m² of office space, 170 car parking spaces, and an inter-company restaurant with seating for 600. Additionally, plans include a 6,000 m² garden landscaped by C Pena, intended to give the building an original and colourful touch.
Dominique Hertenberger and Arte Charpentier are architects for the project and Atisreal advised the investors.
