KMC Properties has agreed to acquire a light industrial property in Denmark for c. €17m.
The property sits on a 152,533m2 land parcel and is leased to roof windows manufacturer Velux. The Norwegian real estate company said the deal is consistent with its growth strategy.
KMC Properties is an Oslo Bors listed real estate company focusing on industrial- and logistic properties. The company has a diversified portfolio of properties in the Nordics and the Netherlands. The properties are strategically located and have long lease agreements with solid tenants.
