A K&L Gates cross-office team assisted Kai Yuan Holdings in acquiring the Paris Marriott Champs-Elysées hotel.
Global law firm K&L Gates LLP advised Kai Yuan Holdings Limited, an investment holding company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, in the acquisition of the Paris Marriott Champs-Elysées hotel.
Managed by Marriott International, Inc., this five-star hotel is the only hotel located on Paris’ Champs-Elysées Avenue. The acquisition closed on 13 October 2014.
