King Sturge Property Consultants announced they are opening a new office in Katowice, the capital of Upper Silesia in April 2008. Upper Silesia region is the most industrialized and urbanized region of Poland and second after Warsaw with regards to the number of investors. Therefore King Sturge expects to benefit from the huge potential of the regional real estate market.
The office will initially include representatives of the Site Finding, Industrial and Office Agencies, as well as Property Management, Investment and Research departments.
King Sturge is the sole leasing agent for Silesia Towers, a new office development by Trigranit in the centre of Katowice, and Millennium Plaza, owned by Aviva, where King Sturge are also the property manager. Retail projects include Helical Retail Park in Gliwice. King Sturge is also the exclusive agent of Cross Point in Zory, a state of the art industrial park being developed by Osier's Group.
The new office is located in the center of Katowice at Chorzowska 50.
