Kantoren Fonds Nederland (KFN) will shortly become the owner of new business premises of Deloitte & Touche and AKD Prinsen Van Wijmen in Eindhoven. The office building, with a lettable floor surface of almost 11,000m2, will be built in Flight Forum business park, close to Eindhoven Airport.
Construction has started with handover scheduled for January 2003. Toon van Aken Architectuur designed the complex which will involve a total investment of about € 22.7 million. KFN has concluded long-term lease agreements with both companies.
