From October 1, 2004 Michiel Olland (45) will join the board of directors of KFN, currenty consisting of CEO Paul Vismans and COO Frank Hendriksen, in the newly created function of Chief Financial Officer.
The appointment is a logical step in KFN’s expansion strategy.
The last four years Olland worked at ABP Investments as fund manager, where he was responsible for all property investments of ABP in Europe and Asia. Previously, he worked at Westland/Utrecht Hypotheekbank for ten years, amongst other things as Manager Corporate Relationship Management. Olland is chairman of the INREV.
