Jos Teunissen, Head of Merger and Acquisitions Global Facility, Management EMEA at SAP Business Service, has been named the Corporate Real Estate Executive of the Year for the Benelux chapter of CoreNet Global.
CoreNet Global is the world’s premier professional association for corporate real estate executives and workplace professionals.
Till the recent acquisition by SAP, Teunissen was responsible for all Sybase offices in Europe (25 offices in 14 countries); partnering with business management and other support functions, managing the maintenance, transactions, workplace programs, portfolio management, lease review, finding new office spaces, lease negotiations, project manage all internal and external office moves and manage office Fit-out projects. As of beginning 2012 he added the responsibility of integrating the Sybase and Ariba facilities into SAP across the EMEA region.
