In a deal with local tenant-owner co-operatives JM sells two residential properties, Vasen 18 in Vaxholm and Älta 14:102 in Nacka. JM also sells the commercial properties Västerbotten 19 in Lidingö and Kvarngärdet 33:2 in Uppsala. The selling price totalled SEK 422 million (approx. 45m), providing a capital gain of SEK 76 million. This result will be reported in the fourth quarter of 2005.
At the same time JM buys the residential property Bävern 1 in Lidingö worth SEK 37 million (approx. 4m).
