Inmobiliaria Colonial SA said it has appointed former Repsol YPF SA chairman Alfonso Cortina to its board of directors to replace Salvador Gabarro Serra.
The move is widely seen as a prelude to Cortina´s appointment as chairman of the property company, following his replacement as the head of Repsol YPF by Gas Natural SDG SA´s former chairman Antoni Brufau in October.
