In close cooperation ING Real Estate and Grontmij Real Estate are going to develop real estate projects in Europe. Both companies expect good prospects for turn-key realisations of logistic centres and parking facilities.
The joint-venture Quendis International bv offers international distribution companies, transport companies and authorities integrated development concepts including financing and project management. Both parties have a 50% stake in this new organisation.
The objective of the new organisation is the development and realisation of integrated solutions of multimodal logistic centres and parking facilities, taking into account an adequate embedding into the environment.
Quendis will be positioned outside The Netherlands within Europe.
The board of Quendis will consist of Mr drs J.G.F. Eijkemans of ING Real Estate and ir. J.W. Samama of Grontmij Real Estate.
