Immofinanz opens its largest retail park in Croatia

IMMOFINANZ has opened its sixth and largest STOP SHOP in Croatia in Velika Gorica. The new retail park has 12 stores and a coffee house. The scheme comprises over 8,500m² of rentable space and a wide range of brands, including KiK, Plodine, Pepco, NKD, Deichmann, Sinsay, Optika Anda, New Yorker, DM, ZOO City, and Hervis.

 

The Mayor of Velika Gorica, Kresimir Ackar, and the representative of STOP SHOP in Croatia, Josko Pitesa, attended the opening ceremony with numerous visitors and media representatives.

 

STOP SHOP Velika Gorica is located in the Western part of the city, only about 1.5 kilometers from the center. The STOP SHOP portfolio comprises 102 locations in ten countries with nearly 800,000m of leasable space. In the medium term, the STOP SHOP portfolio is to be expanded to 140 locations.
