ICU Medical´s departure from the manufacturing complex in southwestern Slovakia has brought a prime light production plant with built-up area of 6,900m2 and 3 hectares of available land for further development to the Slovak industrial market.
The facility was established in 2010 for a California-based company, ICU Medical which develops, manufactures and sells medical technologies used in vascular therapy, oncology and critical care applications. It is located in the industrial zone in the northern part of Vráble city, Nitra region, with good connection to R1 highway. The industrial zone already accommodates production companies such as Kongsberg Automotive, CESAM, Pall Slovakia, Semecs and others.
Thanks to the quality of development, building´s solution and occupancy of a high profile medical company, the facility offers ISO8 certification clean room and medical equipment assembly line which makes it most suitable for companies operating in the medical and pharmaceutical industry.
JLL advises ICU Medical on the sale of the production plant.
