CBRE are delighted to have acted on behalf of Howden Joinery in the recent acquisitions of 3 new trade counter units in Dublin.
Howdens have experienced rapid growth in the Irish market in recent years and these latest Dublin acquisitions amount to an additional approx. 29,000ft² of space consisting of Unit 43 North Park in Finglas, Unit 7 Lagan Road in Glasnevin and Unit 2A Ballymount Road in Ballymount. Howdens are currently trading out of 5 depots across the country and the company has plans to open an additional 5 depots across the Leinster and Munster regions by the end of 2023.
This great growth story continues as Howdens are still actively expanding across Ireland and are seeking suitable properties throughout the country of between 6,000 to 10,000ft².
