Homburg Uni-Corp now owns 90% of the listed company Uni-Invest Canada after it acquired the interests owned by a group of Dutch and Swiss investors.
Homburg Uni-Corp Group will be transformed into an integrated real estate investment company, which will be involved in project development, real estate financing, insurance, asset management and real estate management in the Netherlands, Canada and the U.S. It will also be involved in marketing investment products such as real estate partnerships.
