Hilton announced the signing of a new long-term agreement for Hilton Munich Park with a joint venture company of Commerz Real AG and Hines. Hilton will continue to manage the property following a visionary redevelopment by the owners as part of the mixed-use Tucherpark project in Munich.
Hilton Munich Park will play a central role in the new Tucherpark circular city project, integrating residential, retail, office, and hospitality spaces. The redevelopment will begin in 2024 and is set for completion in 2029, with plans including a new rooftop restaurant and bar, redesigned meeting spaces, and enhanced wellness facilities.

Hilton Munich Park will be closed from January 2025 for the redevelopment, with an anticipated reopening in 2029. During this period, Hilton will continue to welcome guests at its other hotels in the city, including Hilton Munich City, Hilton Munich Airport, Hampton by Hilton Munich City West, Hampton by Hilton Munich City North, Hampton by Hilton Munich City Centre East, Hilton Garden Inn Munich City West.
