Heijmans N.V. is in discussion with the insolvency administrator of Holzmann about a possible takeover of certain parts of the troubled German construction group.
Heijmans is only interested in those parts of Holzmann that bear no financial risks from the past.
Further announcements will be made as soon as things will become more clear.
