Haslemere NV announced today that it has disposed of the Beaucette Property Partnership to Praedia Investment Ltd, a Cardinal Lysander Group subsidiary, for approximately £72m (Euro 116.2m).
Haslemere (50% interest), together with the Hov Investments and Ingelstorp Investments (which together held the remaining 50% interest), have together sold their combined Partnership interests for a price reflecting the value of the property portfolio. The purchasers will continue with the existing Limited Liability Partnership structure.
