Haslemere N.V. announces that it has bought in for cancellation a further GBP 31.0 million of the GBP 200 million 6.25% First Mortgage Debenture Bonds 2024 issued in 1999 by its Jersey subsidiary, Haslemere Jersey Finance Ltd. Together with the GBP 25.5 million announced on 11 March 2003, this brings the total bought in for cancellation to GBP 56.5 million.
Following cancellation, GBP143.5 million of the Bonds will remain outstanding.
