Harworth Group plc has completed the construction of a Costa drive-thru at its Advantage House headquarters in Rotherham as it continues to grow its income portfolio. Costa has entered into a 15-year lease with Harworth on the 1,800ft² unit, constructed by HP Construction on Harworth’s behalf. The unit has a bespoke design in keeping with buildings at Harworth’s flagship Advanced Manufacturing Park (AMP) nearby, home to leading organisations including Boeing, Rolls-Royce, McLaren Automotive and the UK Atomic Energy Authority.
Tim Powner, Asset Manager at Harworth, said: “Completing three recent builds on-time and on-budget is a real credit to Harworth and its contractors during these unprecedented times. We look forward to supporting Costa to be as successful as possible on both South Yorkshire sites.”
