GPEP has acquired an EDEKA hypermarket for an institutional special property fund. The seller of the property is a real estate investment fund of the Hahn Group, Bergisch Gladbach. The purchase price was not disclosed.
Built in 1995 and last modernized in 2011, the EDEKA hypermarket is situated in a central location in Premnitz (Brandenburg), Gerhart-Hauptmann-Strasse. The EDEKA Center has been established for many years and, as a regionally leading food location for Premnitz and the surrounding area, it fulfills an important supply function. The rental space of the property, which is fully let to EDEKA, amounts to 4,950m².
