British Land has welcomed Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Cafe and six retail and leisure brands to Ealing Broadway. The 3,300ft² restaurant is the first to open under the Bread Street Café brand offering a relaxed and friendly all-day dining experience. In addition, six new lettings have been secured, further enhancing the leisure and retail experience, including:
- Eccentric eatery Loungers has signed a 3,500ft² unit for its latest Lounges restaurant, Castano Lounge, a new family-friendly restaurant and bar
- Thérapie Clinic, the UK’s leading aesthetic medical clinic, with over 55 clinics across the UK, will open a 2,200ft² unit.
There has also been a raft of independent lettings at Ealing, including:
- The Curated Collective, a carefully chosen edit of mostly British makers & designers has opened a 1,500ft² store in 10-40 The Broadway
- Paradise Cakes Shop and Cooking School has opened a 3,100ft² space
- Vintage Noir Clothing, a women’s vintage fashion boutique, has opened a 2,500ft² store
- 1of1 Design, an artists’ collective, has opened a new, bigger pop-up gallery featuring a range of new London artists and photographers, all displaying original work
These follow recent lettings to Amazon Fresh, which opened its first UK store at Ealing Broadway and the Really Local Group, a cultural and high street regeneration-focused local developer, which will open a 15,200ft² independent three-screen cinema and mixed-use community arts venue in early 2022.
