Goldsmiths is building on its successful store at Touchwood Shopping Centre in Solihull with the opening of a new, larger showroom within the scheme. Goldsmiths has expanded its footprint at Touchwood, surrendering its former unit and opening a new 3,550ft² store on a new ten-year lease. With a luxurious and modern retail environment that embraces more of a lifestyle-led shopping experience, Goldsmiths’ new Touchwood store features a whole new interior design and an exceptional showcase of luxury timepieces from the most prestigious brands in Swiss watchmaking, alongside world-renowned fine jewellery brands.
The expansion reflects Goldsmiths’ strong trading at Touchwood, with its move in line with the scheme’s wider strategy. Developed and implement by Touchwood owner The Ardent Companies UK (“Ardent UK”) alongside asset manager Sovereign Centros, the strategy aims to diversify the scheme’s offer and attract premium brands, with other recent arrivals including Polestar and Miele.
