Pirelli & C. Real Estate (PRE) has sold the ‘Giovanni Batista’ building in Saint-Maurice (France) for the amount of € 38 million to the German fund Europroperty, of which TMW is the exclusive asset manager.
The building has a surface of 9.200 m² and is fully let to Compagnie Générale des Eaux for twelve years. The sale was made Auxiliaire de Finance, with exclusive power of attorney of PRE, in cooperation with Pirelli & C. Real Estate Agency and Henry Brahy of HB Conseil.
Auxiliaire de Finance has also organized the sale of the ‘Le Dufy’ building of 12,500 m², also situated in Saint-Maurice, on behalf of Lucia to Starwood and Catalyst Capital.
