GARBE Industrial Real Estate Netherlands has finalized the construction of Alfen B.V.'s innovative HQ, warehousing and production space in Almere. This c. 24,000m2 facility, designed to cater to the increasing demand for Europe’s smart energy solutions, includes 3,700m2 of innovative office space, and meets high environmental standards, earning a notable ESG score through BREEAM Certification and an A+++++ energy label. The new asset underscores GARBE's strategy to emerge as a leader in sustainable development within the logistics industry.
