GARBE Industrial Real Estate has acquired a 23,000m² distribution centre in the IJsseloord business park in Arnhem in the eastern Netherlands via a sale-and-leaseback transaction. The asset was purchased on behalf of one of GARBE’s investment funds, GARBE Logistikimmobilien Fonds Plus II “GLIF+II”. The Arnhem transaction is the fourth in the Dutch market for the GLIF+II investment vehicle so far by GARBE Industrial Real Estate Netherlands. Since its start in 2021, the vehicle executed several transactions in the Netherlands in the logistics areas of Breda, Aalsmeer and Veenendaal, with a total lettable area exceeding 160,000m². The purchase price was not disclosed.
