Hines will welcome leading luxury fashion retailer FLANNELS to The Centre, Livingston, as Frasers Group commits to taking 17,500ft² of space with a trading space of 11,000ft² across two floors. Strengthening The Centre’s fashion offering, FLANNELS will bring a vibrant retail destination to the town and will house a collection of men’s, women’s and junior luxury designer clothing and accessories from some of the most coveted brands in fashion. The new store is due to open this Autumn, bringing an impressive offering of luxury, contemporary and emerging fashion brands to Livingston.
The Centre, which comprises c.856,000ft² and totals 160 retail units, is one of the most established regional shopping centres in Britain. It is fully let to a broad range of occupiers with a diverse array of leisure and shopping offerings and contains 100% of Livingston’s high street retail space. This latest opening highlights the resilience of the local market given the challenges of the past year and the continued demand from consumers for high-quality fashion retail.
