At a stylish gala on the first night of Expo Real 2005 in Munich, on Monday 10 October, the first European Property Awards will be officially presented. The presentation of the European Property Awards will be the first time that the best pan-European real estate achievements are put in the spotlight.
The event is organized by the renowned real estate magazines Property Week and Immobilien Zeitung, together with Expo Real. The best pan-European retail, office and commercial real estate developer, the most important occupants and investors as well as the best commercial real estate broker will be rewarded. In addition, there will be an Award for the European city-of-the-future.
The entries in the various categories will be judged by a jury of prominent real estate professionals. Like Jan de Kreij, President of the European section of the Urban Land Institute; Martin Hayter, Vice President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors; Alain Bechade, Chairman of Atrisreal; John Verpeleti, Managing Director of DTZ Central and Eastern Europe, en Benoit du Passage, Chairman of Jones Lang LaSalle Southern Europe.
Over 700 people will attend the Property Awards gala. The night will be hosted by a well-known TV personality.
De Expo Real will take place at 10-12 October in the Neue Messe München, Munich, Germany.
