Finalists announced for MIPIM UK and Estates Gazette Awards (UK)

MIPIM UK, the first major event dedicated to the whole of the UK property industry, in partnership with leading real estate magazine Estates Gazette, has announced the finalists of its inaugural MIPIM UK and Estates Gazette Awards. Category winners will be revealed during the second evening of the conference, taking place on 15th-17th October in London.
The prestigious awards recognize developers and their public and private sector partners for their contributions to revitalizing cities and towns across the UK. The team of judges have shortlisted the country’s best regeneration projects, acknowledging future projects in Britain, whilst paying tribute to the best schemes from the private rented sector and honoring the regional deal of the year.
“The jury has been overwhelmed by the number and standard of entries. From the outset we hoped that the awards would serve to showcase the very best of the UK property industry and pay tribute to the best schemes from across the country. We look forward to celebrating with the finalists in October and announcing category winners, which will showcase the very best of the UK real estate industry,” says MIPIM UK Deputy Director Julien Sausset.
