The FADESA group has taken another step in its commitment to enter the Mexican market with two new projects in Guadalajara and San Miguel de Allende, in which the group will invest €278.5 million.
In Guadalajara, the second most important and populated city in Mexico, FADESA will build a housing development comprising approximately 600 luxury homes, a luxury hotel and 20,000 m² devoted to a shopping center. The project, which has had an investment of €230 million, will also feature a sports center, spa, swimming pools, a business center and large green spaces. In total, this development will cover a surface of 12 hectares. Building work will begin next May.
FADESA's other project will take place in San Miguel de Allende, a gem of colonial Mexico, about 250 km from D.F. In this city, the Spanish company will build 225 second homes and a luxury Boutique Spa Hotel, with a total investment of €48.5 million. This complex, aimed at mainly American and Canadian customers, will cover a surface of 28 hectares.
